The hotel was loud. we were being woken up most mornings. SO, the rooms were not sound proof! the bathroom had breaks in the wall. these needed to be filled in. I noticed

The location is amazing. We walked to most major areas. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout my stay (they were always smiling). The beds were very comfy and the room was pretty.
The room was quite noisy. I could hear other guests above me. I think this was mostly down to poor sound-proofing as I could hear their every move as they walked around their room. The view from the window wasn't great.

The staff provided complimentary water, coffee, and tea. This was a plus. I found the option for daily room cleaning upon request convenient. The staff members were very nice and helpful. Breakfast was AMAZING!!!
The WiFi was not great. It was very slow.

the hotel's location allowed easy access to many shops and cafes. the nearby train and metro made exploring the city very convenient. i appreciated the friendliness of the staff and also how clean the hotel was.
the walls seemed a bit thin, i could sometimes hear noise from adjacent rooms.

The hotel is near the metro, a couple of minutes walk from the hotel. I found many restaurants and cafes close by. The bed was really comfortable and the area quiet at night.
The code to the front entrance changed . I wasn't told, so I got stuck waiting.

The location provides easy metro links from the station, so i could explore various attractions easily. A walk to the eiffel tower through lots of restaurants and bars is feasible and takes about 45 minutes. It's a great advantage.

Water, coffee, and tea were provided, a big plus for me, because I appreciate little details. Upon request, daily room cleaning is available. It is a very nice service. I was really satisfied.

The location was perfect, and i safety was good walking around even at night. shops and cafes were so close, it was super convenient. i really appreciated how close the train and metro were. It made getting around so easy. the staff were friendly, and the hotel was clean.
